Tasting Flight

Petite Sirah

14.5% ABV, dry, 3.9 pH, 5.4 TA g/L, aged 18 months in New & Neutral French Oak

Grown in our Estate vineyard, this wine opens up with an intense note of ripe blackberry, followed by hints of spice backed by a robust tannin structure.

Cabernet Franc

14.5% ABV, dry, 3.55 pH, 8 TA g/L, aged 18 months in New & Neutral French Oak

Aromas of strawberry jam and raspberry wrap around soft tannins and good acidity on the palate.

Cabernet Sauvignon

14.2% ABV, dry, 3.53 pH, 5.9 TA g/L, aged 18 months in New & Neutral French Oak

Fruit driven Cabernet with notes of cherry and raspberry followed by herbal notes and a balanced finish of soft tannin with a touch of oak.
