This Sparkling wine, made in the style of Champagne, went through secondary fermentation in the bottle it is served from. You will find tiny bubbles with notes of peach and citrus that are laced with a toasty note and a refreshing finish. A perfect wine to toast Clarksburg!
Aromas of juicy apricot, pear, and mango, balanced with a hint of oak. Sourced from Johas Vineyards, this Chardonnay is a great example of the excellent fruit that is grown in the Delta.
Grown in our Estate vineyard, the Chenin Blanc is a crisp dry wine with aromas of peach, apricot, and sweet citrus.
Tasting Notes:
Crisp, dry, peach, apricot, and sweet citrus aromas. This vintage was cooler than others, with a long ripening period, making the acid and fruit balance just about perfect.
Grown in our Estate Vineyard, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a dry style with aromas of fresh cut grass, pink grapefruit, and tropical fig.
Tasting Notes:
With the cooler summer, we got more of the grassy, green notes this year, making it similar to a New Zealand style, but still showcasing amazing California tropical fruit.
Aromas of magnolia and rose petal with a balanced, off-dry finish.
Tasting Notes:
Wilson Vineyards, Waukeena Ranch is located in the Southern, more cooler part of the Clarksburg AVA. Aromas of magnolia and rose petals, with just a touch of residual sugar.
A real crowd pleaser. Refreshing melon and nectarine flowers with bright acidity.
Tasting Notes:
Our second vintage is even better than the first. Refreshing acidity with melon and nectarine aromas and a candied lemon drop finish. A dry wine grown by Screeching Owl Vineyards located on the other side of Lisbon Island, which is right across from Babel Slough.
